Drive Tester (Data Collection/Data Entry/Multitasking)

§        Conducted Live and simulated 911 Call Testing using various TEMS, WCDMA, UMTS, LTE and VOLTE devices provided.

§        Used a TEMS phone to lock on specific sectors of cell sites, for UMTS and GSM testing,  as required.

§        Worked with engineers to make sure that everything was working as it was supposed to after the Re-Homes were complete.

§        Conducted data testing with wireless devices on certain projects to make sure all was working as required after TAC and LAC changes were made by engineers.

§        Certain projects required me to be on a bridge (conference call) with engineers and to conduct the testing they required for re-homes and trunking projects.

§        Worked directly with remote technicians to ensure accurate routing of calls, reduce dropped calls, and improve overall coverage

§        Accurately Recorded Data from the calls on a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for daily submission to supervisor.

§        Received site lists from supervisor and imported it into Microsoft Streets and Trips software to create and optimize routes for daily  driving.

§        Kept track of expenses and was responsible for submission of such expenses and receipts on a weekly basis using the Chrome River web page.

§        Communicated clearly, daily progress and testing results with remote technicians via email and conference calls.

§        Drove pre-determined routes using Delorme Street Atlas using windows based laptop.

§        Conducted 911 test using PSAP SIM cards installed in cell phones.

§        Computer was connected to AGPS and GSM phones to conduct testing.

§        Connected to a VPN and the Scout server for the individual markets I was in.

§        Transmitted my location using GPS Equipment to scout servers to test the wireless location accuracy of the Cell Towers of the given network.Ensured that the required number of reference points was made for the individual routes I was driving.The company was mainly contracted with ATT Networks for Testing.Worked with a centrally located supervisor via telephone to make sure that the required data was correctly being received and collected.  Although I was in the field by myself and worked independently.I was involved with other Special Projects where I mapped out the internal GPS coordinates of buildings using a compass and measuring equipment.In this special project I worked at night during a predetermined window and conducted a comparison test of 3 Cell Networks by calling a live 911 operator and verifying that the calls were being received as Wireless Phase 2 calls.During these special projects I logged the number of calls made with each network and the results of the tests and e-mailed a daily Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to a Supervisor.During these special projects I had to interact with various people such as campus security and also had the keys which allowed me access to various buildings.Also was involved with BSC Migrations in several markets which involved working at night.  Being on a bridge phone call with other workers and doing live 911 test calls to verify that the call was being received as a Wireless Phase 2 call and being routed to the correct 911 call center.

§        Had to log mileage and do weekly expense reports on Excel spread sheet that was submitted at the end of each week.
